NYX Eventcrafts is a wedding planning and coordination studio based in Colombo, led by Ayesha Dedigama. We help couples bring their wedding plans together with thoughtful planning, careful coordination, and hands-on support on the day.
What wedding planning and coordination services do you offer?
We offer three levels of support depending on how much help you need: Rosé for month-of and wedding day coordination, Burgundy for partial wedding planning, and Gold for full-service wedding planning.
We can help you choose the right level of support based on how far along you are with your planning and what you would like us to take care of.
How far in advance should we contact NYX Eventcrafts?
For our Rosé Collection, we recommend getting in touch at least one month before your wedding. This gives us enough time to understand your plans, connect with your vendors, finalise the timeline, and prepare for a smoothly coordinated wedding day.
For our Burgundy and Gold Collections, the earlier you involve us, the better. Starting early gives us more opportunity to offer creative input, help you find the right vendors, shape the details of your celebration, and support you throughout the planning process.

Do you coordinate both traditional and modern weddings?
Yes. We work with traditional Sri Lankan weddings, modern celebrations, hotel and outdoor weddings, destination weddings, and celebrations that bring together different traditions.

Where does NYX Eventcrafts offer wedding planning and coordination services?

What is the difference between wedding planning and wedding day coordination?
Wedding planning begins much earlier and can include areas such as vendor selection, creative input, logistics, timelines, and bringing all the different elements of your wedding together.
Wedding day coordination focuses on finalising the arrangements closer to the wedding and managing the day itself, so you and your family can enjoy the celebration without having to oversee every detail.
Our Rosé Collection focuses on coordination, while Burgundy and Gold provide progressively more planning support.
Do you coordinate events other than weddings?
Yes. While weddings are at the heart of what we do, we also coordinate other celebrations and events on a case-by-case basis.
